Meet the Team

James Kelly, MD

Dr. James Kelly received his medical degree from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 1984. He completed residency at the University of Wisconsin in 1988. He has maintained his board certification by the American Board of Family Practice since 1988.

For 35 years, Dr. Kelly has provided full-spectrum family medicine. He has delivered care to the Sioux and Navajo Nations on their reservations. He has provided care for migrant farm workers in Colorado and as a solo practitioner in northern Appalachia. In much the same fashion that these populations are marginalized by conventional medicine, men’s health care is also marginalized.

In 2010, Dr. Kelly joined the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Since his commissioning, he volunteered for deployment to the Middle East three times in support of medical teams in Afghanistan, U.A.E., and most recently to Iraq. He has risen to the rank of Colonel and is the New Hampshire State Surgeon. His duties include advising the Adjutant General on all things medical (including Covid-19 response) that affect soldiers and airmen in the state.

As the co-founder of Integrated Health Alliance, Dr. Kelly plans to provide care for men by affording easy access without government and insurance interference.
