Meet Our Providers
Integrated Health Alliance

James Kelly, MD
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. James Kelly received his medical degree from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 1984. He completed residency at the University of Wisconsin in 1988. He has maintained his board certification by the American Board of Family Practice since 1988.
For 35 years, Dr. Kelly has provided full-spectrum family medicine. He has delivered care to the Sioux and Navajo Nations on their reservations. He has provided care for migrant farm workers in Colorado and as a solo practitioner in northern Appalachia. In much the same fashion that these populations are marginalized by conventional medicine, men’s health care is also marginalized.
In 2010, Dr. Kelly joined the New Hampshire Army National Guard. Since his commissioning, he volunteered for deployment to the Middle East three times in support of medical teams in Afghanistan, U.A.E., and most recently to Iraq. He has risen to the rank of Colonel and is the New Hampshire State Surgeon. His duties include advising the Adjutant General on all things medical (including Covid-19 response) that affect soldiers and airmen in the state.
As the co-founder of Integrated Health Alliance, Dr. Kelly plans to provide care for men by affording easy access without government and insurance interference.

Alexandra Bondaruk, BSN, FNP-C
DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S HEALTH
Alexandra (“Alex”) is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of clinical experience whose career has spanned cardiology, emergency medicine, primary care, men’s health, weight management, and women’s health. Today, she focuses her practice on helping women navigate menopause and midlife health with confidence, knowledge, and personalized care.
What makes Alex’s approach different is that she understands menopause from both sides of the exam table. As a woman who has experienced the challenges, frustrations, and unexpected changes that come with this stage of life, she recognizes that menopause isn’t simply a medical diagnosis. It’s a deeply personal journey. No two women experience it the same way, and there is no single path forward.
Patients often describe Alex as knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their well-being. She believes exceptional healthcare begins with listening. Rather than rushing through appointments, she takes the time to understand each woman’s unique story, symptoms, goals, and concerns. Her philosophy is rooted in education, partnership, and shared decision-making, empowering women to take an active role in their health while receiving expert clinical guidance.
As a mother of seven, Alex understands firsthand the demands women place on themselves every day. She knows what it’s like to balance family, career, changing hormones, and the many responsibilities that can leave women putting their own health last. That perspective allows her to connect with patients in a way that goes beyond medicine: woman to woman, mom to mom, and partner to partner on the journey toward feeling their best.
Alex views menopause not as a collection of rigid stages, but as a journey of peaks and valleys, growth and change. Her goal is to help women feel heard, supported, and confident as they navigate this transition, while providing evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs.
Whether you’re seeking relief from menopausal symptoms, looking to optimize your overall health, or simply wanting a provider who truly understands what you’re going through, Alex is committed to helping you reclaim your vitality and thrive in every stage of life.
Because every woman’s story is different, and sometimes the best healthcare starts with talking to someone who has walked a similar path herself.
